International intelligent manufacturing process

Stamping Workshop

The stamping workshop adopts international first-class stamping equipment: 10 presses from 630T-2400T produced by first-class manufacturers, 7 7-axis automatic robots manufactured by German KUKA company, 22 sets of end pickers imported from U.S. Distech, automatic oil removal and cleaning system and advanced automation equipment such as optical center. It can meet the company's annual production demand of stamping parts for 100,000 cars

Welding workshop

Using advanced fully automatic laser welding technology, the length of the laser welding seam is up to 15 meters, equipped with German KUKA welding robot and laser online monitoring robot, the automation rate and accuracy far exceed similar car manufacturers. The car body quality inspection adopts Bosai laser online inspection and three-coordinate automatic inspection equipment, and the welding spot strength inspection adopts the ultrasonic detector to further control the consistency of the original car body production and present the best quality.

Coating workshop

The coating workshop is a closed dust-free workshop, electrophoresis, finish paint process to the standard of high-end cars. The whole workshop adopts automatic design concept, pre-treatment automation system, middle and top coating system adopts 16 imported automatic spraying robots, Graco centralized paint supply, zeolite runner and RTO combustion exhaust gas treatment systems, to achieve green and environmentally friendly production at the same time, to ensure the high-end quality of the coating body.

Assembly workshop

The final assembly line adopts automatic assembly line, and the production is organized according to lean production mode, with 59 electric bus processes and 72 electric passenger car processes. The commercial vehicle chassis line adopts the EMS conveying and hoisting method, and the passenger car chassis line adopts the German AFT rotary hoisting method; Using Germany Maha vehicle performance testing equipment, instrument line and final line using automatic instruments to test more than 100 electric control items of the vehicle, the comprehensive implementation of ISO9001 quality system, to ensure that the assembly is in accordance with the standard, comprehensive inspection

Electric control workshop

As one of the few enterprises in the electric vehicle industry with mature electric control workshop, the electric control workshop has 3 battery PACK assembly lines and is equipped with 12 ABB robots. Three 5-13T wheel side motor bridge assembly lines; One dust-free environment controller and other electronic products production line. Each line has set up a corresponding quality control and testing system to ensure the quality of EIC products.
